Arash is a Co-founding Managing Partner of Ardan CPAs LLP. For over fifteen years, Arash has been the trusted advisor for many wealthy multi-generational families, family offices, and individuals.

Prior to Co-founding Ardan, Arash was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax in the Investment Management practice in San Francisco. Arash’s focus was in private wealth, primarily on high-net worth individuals and founders in the private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment fund space, as well as their related businesses on all tax matters. Prior to Deloitte Tax, Arash worked at the Internal Revenue Service and has significant experience managing and resolving federal and state examinations for his clients.

Arash is a San Francisco Bay Area native and grew up in Berkeley, California.

Dan Brown is a Co-founding Managing Partner of Ardan CPAs LLP. For nearly fifteen years, Dan has been a trusted advisor for many investment and operating partnerships, and private corporations.

Prior to Co-founding Ardan, Dan was a Senior Manager at Deloitte Tax in Business Tax Services (“BTS”) in San Francisco. Dan’s primary focus is in investment management and financial services tax matters. In addition to his experience in the BTS group, Dan worked in Deloitte’s Mergers and Acquisitions tax practice for several years advising some of the largest private equity and institutional clients of Deloitte.

Dan is a San Francisco Bay Area native and grew up in Alameda, California.
